This Privacy Policy explains how QY Ventures handles information in connection with QY Video AI Agent.
Information we collect
We may collect information provided by authorised users, including account details, campaign briefs, uploaded media, approved business information and publishing preferences. When a user connects TikTok, YouTube or another supported platform, we may receive account identifiers, profile information, authorisation tokens, granted permissions, publishing status and related metadata as permitted by that platform.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, connect authorised platform accounts, create and manage approved marketing content, schedule or publish content at the user's instruction, maintain security and audit records, troubleshoot issues and improve the service.
Platform authorisation
Platform access tokens are used only to perform actions authorised by the connected user and the permissions granted by that platform. QY Video AI Agent does not require users to provide their TikTok or Google passwords. Users can revoke connected-platform access through the relevant platform or through the service where available.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, content generation and platform integrations where necessary to provide the service. Information may also be transmitted to connected platforms when an authorised user requests a platform action. QY Ventures does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet security and record-keeping needs, and comply with applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access, encrypted transport and protected credential storage.
Your choices
Users may disconnect third-party accounts and may contact us regarding access, correction or deletion requests where applicable.
